Susan Moffat passed away peacefully in Forth Valley Royal Hospital on Sunday 7th July 2024, aged 75 years.
A dearly loved mum, gran and a friend to many. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday 18th July in Stirlingshire Crematorium, at 1pm.
Family flowers only please, donations to Oakeshott House Care Home are welcomed.
